How do I pay for my order and is it secure?

We use PayPal and Shopify Payment for checkout processing, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. As a result, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order. However, if you do have a PayPal account, payment can be sent directly from your account. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I change my order or add on?

Once your order is placed send an email to thecurlyboo@gmail.com and if your order has not been shipped we can update your order.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your Curly Boo product and we stand behind everything that we sell! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused purchase for a refund within 15 days of receipt and we will gladly refund your cost, minus shipping and handling. If you are sent the wrong item an exchange for the correct item will be made as long as the returned item is unused and unwashed. Please contact us at thecurlyboo@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order if you feel something is not quite right, and we will work with you to rectify the issue. Curly Boos guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. All international sales are FINAL. If you purchase First Class Mail postage, then we are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail after being shipped and will not provide a refund.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your order has not been shipped and you would like to cancel your order, please request a cancellation via email to thecurlyboo@gmail.com and include your order number. We will cancel your order within 2 business days and refund your purchase. Funds may take 5-7 business days to credit back to your account depending on your financial institution. 

How do I care for my bonnet?

Bonnets must be washed by hand or delicate cycle in washer. Use cold water along with a gentle detergent. Do not wring or twist your bonnets will lose its shape. Avoid placing bonnets in dryer. Never wash bonnets in hot water, this will cause shrinkage. Do not wear on hair with excess grease, this will cause staining.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after your purchase date (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 
Note: No refund will be issued for lost, abandoned, undeliverable, incorrectly addressed or refused shipments. We ship orders to the address provided and are not responsible for packages after they have been shipped. If you have not received your package, then please check the tracking number that you received from us. If the tracking numbers lists the package as delivered and you still haven't received it, then please follow up with your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
