If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused purchase for a refund within 15 days of receipt and we will gladly refund your cost, minus shipping and handling. If you are sent the wrong item an exchange for the correct item will be made as long as the returned item is unused and unwashed. Curly Boos guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. If you purchase First Class Mail postage, then we are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail after being shipped and will not provide a refund.
