Return and Exchange

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your Curly Boo product and we stand behind everything that we sell! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused purchase for a refund within 15 days of receipt and we will gladly refund your cost, minus shipping and handling. If you are sent the wrong item an exchange for the correct item will be made as long as the returned item is unused and unwashed. Please contact us at thecurlyboo@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order if you feel something is not quite right, and we will work with you to rectify the issue. Curly Boos guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.  If you purchase First Class Mail postage, then we are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail after being shipped and will not provide a refund.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your order has not been shipped and you would like to cancel your order, please request a cancellation via email to thecurlyboo@gmail.com and include your order number. We will cancel your order within 2 business days and refund your purchase. Funds may take 5-7 business days to credit back to your account depending on your financial institution.
